Refund and Exchange Policy
- To initiate a return for any product, kindly visit our website at /contact and complete the provided form for submission.
- Retractor Maker will issue a valid RMA number for the return process.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling. Payment will be refunded upon receipt of instruments in acceptable condition.
- Used instruments are not eligible for return.
- Any claims for incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged instruments must be reported within 10 working days of delivery.
- Customized instruments are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Products are eligible for exchange/credit if returned in sellable condition and original sealed packaging.
- A restocking fee will be applied for instruments returned for reasons other than defect or damage. Shipping fees will not be credited.
- 20% for returns within 15 days
- 30% for returns between 15-45 days
- No credit later than 45 days
- Shipping fees will not be credited
- All returned products must include original accessories, manuals, or documentation. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging during return.
- Retractor Maker assumes responsibility for return shipping losses. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.
