The Bookwalter GYN Magrina Pelvic Surgery Retractor System is a table-mounted self-retaining retractor designed to provide stable, hands-free exposure during gynecological, vaginal and pelvic surgical procedures. Its modular framework combines a field post, horizontal flex bar, post coupler, notched perineal ring and rotating tilt ratchet mechanisms to support selected blades around the operative field.
The system is configured with a 9½″ × 14½″ notched perineal ring and four rotating tilt ratchets with ring retention. The included vaginal lateral, Deaver and vaginal posterior blades provide a range of blade configurations for surgical exposure requirements.
The complete system is supplied in a dedicated protective sterilization box for organized storage and processing. It is supplied non-sterile and is designed to be reusable and autoclavable. Cleaning and sterilization should be performed according to the healthcare facility's validated procedures before use.
